AudioVox Electronics is one of the electronic companies who make new and innovative products in the market today. Their products include mobile entertainment such as radio, speakers and CD players for the car. They also have home appliances which include DVD players, flat screen TV's and other home theatre products. Including in their products is their digital multimedia which includes digital cameras, MP3 players, digital media and voice recorders. In this category falls the AudioVox Digital Photo Frames.
AudioVox offers a variety of digital photo frames which are available in sizes 8-inch up to 10-inch. The functions of each vary depending on the model and size of the device. Each AudioVox Electronic Picture Frames has an internal memory of 32 MB which can store up to 30 to 40 pictures and can be expanded with the use of a memory card through its card reader. Each digital frame also includes a remote control, interchangeable faceplates, and AC Adapter. Similar features include picture playback, slideshow mode, and a clock / calendar feature.
Other features are only limited to some AudioVox Electronic Frames like in AudioVox DPF800 (8-inch) and AudioVox DPF1000 (10-inch) that includes built-in speakers and allow audio MP3 and video playback, automatic image resizing, a card reader that accepts SD (Secure Digital), MMC (MultiMedia Card) or MS (MemoryStick) and USB connectivity that allow users to put their pictures straight from the computer. They are also wall mountable just like ordinary picture frames and has a 4:3 dramatic format aspect ratio which is commonly used. These models also include a black, white and wood grain that can be interchanged. The only difference is that AudioVox DPF800 (8-inch) includes a sleep timer mode while AudioVox DPF1000 (10-inch) includes an on/off timer which turns the frame on and off at a chosen time.
Other AudioVox Electronic Frames are AudioVox DPF708 (7-inch), AudioVox DPF808 (8-inch) and AudioVox DPF908 (9-inch). The common features of these devices are the mosaic view wherein you can review numerous pictures at one glimpse and an alarm system. The memory card reader of these devices accepts SD (Secure Digital), xD (Extreme Digital), MMC (MultiMedia Card) or MS (MemoryStick). |
